LumenicGrid is operated by Tyche LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service:

ERCOT and grid data. The Service processes publicly available ERCOT market data (LMP prices, grid signals, settlement point data). This is operational data, not personal information.
