Savings Validation Report

At the end of the shadow trial, we deliver a detailed Savings Validation Report. This shows exactly what your ERCOT costs would have been with optimal curtailment, projected annual savings, and the proposed performance fee.

If the savings opportunity doesn't meet your threshold — or if GridBrain doesn't find meaningful savings potential — we'll tell you that honestly. No obligation to proceed.

Phase 3 · Day 61+

Live Optimization & Verified Savings

With your approval, we activate live curtailment. GridBrain sends curtailment signals to your systems during ERCOT price spikes and 4CP events. Each month, verified savings are calculated against your ERCOT settlement data.

Your 12% performance fee is applied only to verified savings. You review and approve the Savings Verification Report before any fee is processed. Zero verified savings = zero fee that month.
